The membership registration fee paid to Rudra Foundation is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable under any circumstances. Once the ID card generation process has started, no refund requests will be entertained.
Donations made voluntarily to the NGO for social causes are not refundable. However, if a donation was made by technical error (e.g., double deduction), you may contact us for a review.
If you have been charged but your membership is not active, please contact us immediately with your transaction ID. We will verify and activate your account manually.
